How long does it take for AI to find my property?

Your property becomes AI-discoverable immediately after VPR creation. AI systems query the registry in real-time. However, ASR (AI Selection Rate) accumulates over time as AI systems evaluate and select your property for various user queries.

Do I need technical knowledge to use HomeSelf?

No. HomeSelf is designed for property managers, hotel operators, and hosts without requiring technical expertise. The interface guides you through providing property information. AI endpoints and structured data are handled automatically—you simply provide accurate, complete information.

Can I pause or delete my VPR?

Yes. You control your VPR and can pause it anytime to stop credit burn—for example, during seasonal closure or renovations. You can also delete your VPR entirely if you no longer want the property to be AI-discoverable. Data is preserved until deletion.

What happens when I update my property data?

Updates to your VPR are reflected immediately in the AI registry. This includes changes to pricing, availability, amenities, photos, and documents. AI systems will see the updated information on their next evaluation. Trust Score may change based on data completeness updates.

Does HomeSelf replace my PMS or booking system?

No. HomeSelf is an AI-readable infrastructure layer that complements existing systems. You maintain your PMS, CMS, or booking engine. Integration partners can connect existing inventory to VPR endpoints without rebuilding.
