Description
Computable Asset Ratio measures the penetration of AI-mediated readiness across an asset base. CAR = CA / TA where CA is computable assets and TA is total assets. Higher CAR indicates greater allocability and lower vulnerability to exclusion. CAR is a key metric for sovereign and enterprise AI-readiness.
