J(e, j) — The ability of AI agents to understand the legal, regulatory, tax, compliance, ownership, and transaction context of an economic object within jurisdiction j.

Description

Jurisdictional legibility determines whether AI systems can understand the institutional context of an asset. This includes property rights, zoning, tax regimes, ownership structures, and transaction procedures. Legible jurisdictions enable easier cross-border market access.
