Universal Verified Property Record (UVPR)
hypothesisProperty Record Layer
UVPR — A persistent, verifiable, machine-readable, portable property representation that should not be fragmented across portals, agencies, banks, notaries, marketplaces, or AI systems.
Description
Universal VPRs provide a single canonical representation that works across all systems. A property should not need different computational identities for different portals, agencies, or AI systems. Infrastructure cost compression justifies universal VPRs as the fixed costs of agent-ready representation should be shared.
