Inferential Control Threshold (ICT)

ICT — The threshold at which control over consideration infrastructure enables allocative monopoly.

Description

The inferential control threshold identifies the point at which concentration over consideration infrastructure becomes allocative monopoly power. Below the threshold, control is distributed and competitive. Above it, allocative power can be exercised.
